Affordable Rental Housing Complex Scheme: The central government has introduced the flagship Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana's Affordable Rental Housing Complexes (ARHC) Scheme 2023. The government would offer migratory workers and the urban poor cheap rental housing through the PMAY ARHC programme to ensure ease of living. Less rent will be due on homes for immigrants and the poor, and they will be able to save more of their income.
