Govt. has decided to start MP Mukhyamantri Karamchari Swasthya Bima Yojana 2021. Around 12 lakh 55 thousand staff personnels and functionaries would be benefited from MP Chief Minister Employees Health Insurance Scheme. This decision was taken in the state cabinet meeting held on 4 January 2020 led by CM Kamal Nath. Check the CM Staff Health Insurance Scheme list of beneficiary employees, treatment benefits and other details of this scheme.

MP Mukhyamantri Karamchari Swasthya Bima Yojana 2021 aims at providing medical facilities upto Rs. 5 lakh p.a and upto Rs. 10 lakh p.a for treatment of serious medical ailments to each family. OPD assistance would also be provided to employees to enable them to get proper treatment for diseases.

The state govt. of MP wants to ensure the Right to Health to each and every employee working in the state. All the other poor people are already covered under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana or MP state govt. health insurance scheme.

क्या है एमपी मुख्यमंत्री कर्मचारी स्वस्थ्य बीमा योजना

  • मंत्रि-परिषद् आदेश दिनांक 04.01.2020 के द्वारा मध्यप्रदेश के कर्मचारियों एवं पेंशनरों के लिये स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना लागू करने की सहमति प्राप्त हुई है। स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना कर्मचारियों के परिवार के सदस्यों के लिये भी लागू होगी। अत: कर्मचारियों के परिवार के सदस्यों का डाटा अद्यतन करने की आवश्यकता है।
  • वर्तमान में कर्मचारियों के डेटाबेस का संधारण आईएफएमआईएस के अन्तर्गत आयुक्त कोष एवं लेखा के द्वारा संधारित किया जा रहा है। IFMIS के अन्तर्गत कर्मचारियों को लॉगइन आई.डी. पासवर्ड उपलब्ध कराये गये हैं। कर्मचारियों को यह सुविधा है कि वे अपने परिवार का विवरण सॉफ्टवेयर में दर्ज कर सके। स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना लागू करने के लिये कर्मचारियों पर आश्रित परिवार के सदस्यों का विवरण अद्यतन किये जाने की आवश्यकता है।
  • अतः अनुरोध है कि आपके विभाग के अन्तर्गत समस्त कर्मचारियों द्वारा अपने परिवार के आश्रित सदस्यों का पूर्ण विवरण आईएफएमआईएस सॉफ्टवेयर में दर्ज किया जाना सुनिश्चित किया जाए। जिन कर्मचारियों के द्वारा अपने स्तर पर यह कार्य नहीं किया जा सके, उनके लिये प्रत्येक कार्यालय में कार्यालय प्रमुख के द्वारा आवश्यक सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जाये। यह कार्य दिनांक 29.02.2020 तक अनिवार्यतः पूर्ण किया जाये। IFMIS सॉफ्टवेयर में कर्मचारी परिवार विवरण और नामांकित विवरण भरने की प्रक्रिया परिशिष्ट ‘एक’ पर संलग्न है। कर्मचारियों द्वारा दर्ज किये गये सदस्यों के विवरण का सत्यापन आहरण एवं संवितरण अधिकारी द्वारा किया जाकर कर्मचारियों की सेवा पुस्तिका में चस्पा भी किया जाये।

IFMIS: कर्मचारी परिवार विवरण और नामांकित विवरण भरने की प्रक्रिया

शासकीय सेवक को परिवार का विवरण दर्ज / अपडेट करने हेतु निम्नांकित लिंक के माध्यम से लागिन करने की सुविधा प्रदत्त है।

  • Intranet के माध्यम से स्वान/ एनआईसी नेट / वीपीएन नेटवर्क हेतु लिंक https://ifmisprod.mptreasury.gov.in/IFMS
  • इंटरनेट (Internet) / मोबाइल हेतु लिंक: https://mptreasury.gov.in/IFMS (कृपया पॉप अप ब्लॉकर को अनुमति दें)

प्रक्रियाओं के लिए पूर्व अपेक्षा

  • यूजर आईडी, कोषालय यूनिक एम्पलाई कोड है जिसका पासवर्ड आहरण एवं संवितरण अधिकारी (डीडीओ) से प्राप्त किया जा सकता है। अथवा
  • IFMIS में दर्ज मोबाईल नम्बर के OTP माध्यम से पासवर्ड रिसेट किया जा सकता है।

कर्मचारी परिवार के सदस्य विवरण जोड़ने या अपडेट की प्रक्रिया

  • लॉगिन उपरान्त निम्न नेविगेशन: HRMIS -> ESS (Employee Self Service) ->E-Profile->Family detail पर जाकर.
  • परिवार के सदस्यों का विवरण, नाम, जन्म तिथि, कर्मचारी के साथ संबंध, बैंक विवरण, शिक्षा, सदस्य का पता आदि जानकारी दर्ज की जा सकेगी और परिवार का विवरण स्कैन संलग्न अपलोड करें
  • सदस्य जोड़ने के लिए Add क्लिक करें (कई सदस्यों को एक बार में जोड़ा जा सकता)
  • Submit पर क्लिक करें। इसके बाद अनुरोध (Request) हॉयरारकी में सत्यापनकर्ता (Verifier) की कार्य सूची में अग्रेषित होगा। अनुमोदन के उपरान्त परिवार के सदस्य को जोड़ने या अद्यतन करने की प्रक्रिया पूर्ण होगी !
  • कर्मचारी Approved request tab में पहले से मौजूद सदस्य की जांच कर सकता है।

शासकीय सेवक जिन्हें ऑनलाइन सिस्टम के उपयोग के माध्यम से परिवार के विवरण की जानकारी धरने में असुविधा है उनके के लिए ऑन बिहाफ रिक्वेस्ट के माध्यम से कार्यालय प्रमुख द्वारा जानकारी अपडेट की सुविधा दी गई है:-

नेविगेशन: HRMIS -> ESS (Employee Self Service) -> Miscellaneous Request -> Apply on Behalf

प्रक्रिया: कर्मचारियों से प्राप्त पत्र संख्या और तारीख रसीद दर्ज कर संबंधित कर्मचारी का यूनिक एम्पलाई कोड सर्च कर चुने। इसके बाद शेष प्रक्रिया स, क्र 3 पर दी गई कर्मचारी परिवार विवरण जोड़ने या अपडेट प्रक्रिया के समान ही पूर्ण करें।

The following categories of employees would be eligible for CM Staff Health Insurance Scheme benefits:-

  • Regular government employees (नियमित शासकीय कर्मचारी)
  • All contractual employees (सभी संविदा कर्मचारी)
  • Teacher cadres (शिक्षक संवर्ग)
  • Retired employees (सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारी)
  • Civil servants (नगर सैनिक)
  • Full-time employees getting salary from contingency fund (आकस्मिक निधि से वेतन पाने वाले पूर्ण कालिक कर्मचारियों)
  • Employees working in autonomous institutions of the state (राज्य की स्वशासी संस्थाओं में कार्यरत कर्मचारियों)

Apart from this, the scheme will be optional for employees working in corporations / boards and officers of All India Services. इसके अलावा निगम/मण्डलों में कार्यरत कर्मचारियों एवं अखिल भारतीय सेवा के अधिकारियों के लिए योजना वैकल्पिक होगी।

The major benefits which Karamchari can avail under this health insurance scheme for employees in MP are listed below:-

  • Under CM Employees Health Insurance Scheme, patients will get free treatment or free medicines upto Rs. 10 thousand every year as OPD.
  • Each family will get free medical treatment upto Rs. 5 lakh p.a for general treatment.
  • Each family will get free medical treatment upto Rs. 10 lakh for serious treatments.


Special permission can be given by the state level medical board for treatment costing more than Rs. 10 lakh (one million).
