Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB), Patna has launched a new Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS). This OFSS online system will enable the students who have passed Intermediate examination (12th) to take admission in graduation courses like BA, BSc, BCom stream in 10 universities of Bihar. There is a Common Application Form for Admission in Degree Colleges. Candidates can now fill the Bihar Degree College Admission 2021 Online Application Form at ofssbihar.in

Even the facility to fill the Common Application Form through Sahaj Vasudha Kendras and District Registration cum Counselling Centers (DRCC) is also available. All the candidates can now apply online for admission in Degree / Graduation colleges through the bseb new official website or Vasudha Kendras or DRCC.

Recently, BSEB Board has also launched portal.ofssbihar.in to conduct an exam online for all the Intermediate (Class 12th) pass candidates to get admissions in degree colleges. Now each 12th pass student can apply online for any preferred university from their home rather than making unnecessary visits to the universities.

Bihar Degree College Admission 2021 Common Application Form for Graduation

All the students who have passed their Intermediate Examination, +2 examination or equivalent examination from Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB), Central Board for Secondary education(CBSE), Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) or any other State board are eligible to apply online for admission. Below is the complete procedure to apply online for Bihar Board (BSEB) Graduation Admission 2021:-

STEP 1: Firstly visit the official website of Online Facilitation System for Students at https://ofssbihar.in/Higher-Education/index.aspx

STEP 2: Next click at the “Click Here to Apply for Admission in Degree / Graduation Colleges / स्नातक कॉलेजों में नामांकन के लिए फॉर्म भरने के लिए यहाँ क्लिक करें“

STEP 3: Read the Instructions carefully, tick the declaration and then click at the “Click Here to Fill Your Application Form” button at the bottom.

STEP 4: The Common Application Form for Admission to Degree Colleges in Bihar will appear as follows

STEP 5: Here fill all the Personal details, Intermediate Examination details, Address, Reservation & Weightage details along with choosing Colleges of their preference and uploading recent photograph. Finally, click at the “Please click here to deposit the application fees of Rs. 350“

BSEB UG Admission 2021 Application Form for Vasudha Kendra & DRCC

All the candidates can also apply online through the Vasudha Kendras or through District Registration cum Counselling Centers. For this all the students have to download the application forms:-

Bihar Graduation Admission University List

All the students will get admission in graduation / degree colleges for the session 2021 for Hons. Paper or Pass course (as applicable) in Arts, Commerce or Science streams. Students who have passed Class 12th from BSEB, CBSE and ICSE board are eligible to apply online.

Visit the same official website ofssbihar.in and at homepage, click at the “Portal Login” link in the header.
This will open a new page for Authorized Login. Representative image is shown below. It can be directly accessed at portal.ofssbihar.in

Enter user name and password and click at Login button to make Authorized Login.

Bihar UG / Degree College Admission Second Chance – How to Apply

If any candidate has not got selected in any college due to the choices they have filled or on the basis of merit or on the basis of reservation, then the BSEB board will give a 2nd chance. You can also fill Bihar UG / Degree College Admission (Second Chance) Application Form at ofssbihar.in. Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB), Patna will again invite online applications for UG / Degree College Admission (Second Chance). All the candidates who have passed 12th / Intermediate exam now gets a second chance to apply for UG Admissions at Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) Portal.

New candidates (whose name is not present in first list) can fill Common Application Form (CAF) to get admission in graduation courses in 10 reputed universities of Bihar. Candidates can now fill Bihar Degree College Admission 2nd Chance Application Form at ofssbihar.in Students who have already filled the CAF for Bihar Degree College Admission previously and not got selected in the Degree College Admissions 1st Merit List due to their filled choices or on merit basis or reservation basis can now apply again. Such candidates can fill min. 5 to max. 20 choices. This will enable them to get selected in Bihar UG 2nd merit list of students.

Applicants who have passed their 12th exams from BSEB, CBSE, ICSE or any other state board are eligible to apply again. Also those candidates who wants to make certain other changes in the previously filled Bihar Degree College Admission CAF are also allowed to do such changes.

Now candidates can get information about their College, Faculty and Subject related to their selection and enrollment in the Undergraduate (UG) Courses. Moreover, all the applicants can also Print / Download Intimation Letter at Online Facilitation System For Students (OFSS). The official website is ofssbihar.in

Previously, BSEB invited the Common Application Form (CAF) for Admission in 10 Universities in the state. OFSS is specifically designed to enable the students who have passed 12th / Intermediate Exams to take admission in graduation courses. There is a Common Application Form for Admission in reputed Degree Colleges. First Cut Off List for Bihar Degree College Admission 2021

1st Cut Off list for Graduation Admission has been released by the Colleges. For this purpose, candidates can click at the “सनातक मे नामांकन हेतु प्रथम कट ऑफ सूचि (First Cut Off List)” link at the homepage. Upon clicking this link, the First Cut Off List for Degree College Admission in Bihar will appear as follows:-

Then the Details of Cut-Off Percentage Marks – Stream wise & Subject wise will appear. Here candidates have to select the University and then the complete Cut Off List will appear as follows:-

Here candidates can check the Cut Off List and can fill their preferences in the next round by analyzing the Cut-Off List.

Slide Up Process for Bihar Degree College Admission at ofssbihar.in

On the basis of this intimation letter, candidates must get their name registered for admission in Degree Colleges. If the candidates does not take admission during this period, then their name will not be considered for Slide Up process for upper college preference in the next Ofssbihar Merit List (2nd & 3rd Selection List).

Slide Up process will begin to change their preference or to add new preferences for college admission. Second Selection List will be published and candidates can then get admission. For this, they must get admission in the Allocated College and then they will be preferred for admission in the new college of their choice. If not, they will not be considered for the allocated college or new college of their preference.

How to Slide Up in 2nd Merit List – First Revised Selection List / Check Cut-off

BSEB, Patna has released the First Revised Selection List for all the applicants. Now all the candidates can Download Revised Intimation Letter who have previously filled CAF for Bihar Degree College Admission in 10 Universities at ofssbihar.in. Candidates can also check the 1st Cut-off List for graduation in these reputed universities in Bihar. Moreover, here we are describing the complete Slide Up Process to get your name in the Ofss Bihar Second (2nd) Merit List.

Candidates can check their name in the 1st Revised Selection List (Revised Intimation Letter). Now they can fill their nomination in the selected colleges b/w the specified dates. Only check the 1st Cutoff List for different colleges at the official website ofssbihar.in. Only those candidates who have filed their nomination in the selected universities will only remain eligible for Slide Up Process to get college of their choice in 2nd and 3rd Merit List.

Candidates can check their name in the First Revised Selection List and download / print Revised Intimation Letter.

How to Check Name in Second (2nd) Merit List of Bihar Degree College Admission

BSEB, Patna has released the Second Selection List for Bihar Degree College Admission 2021. Now all the applicants who have previously filled Common Application Form (CAF) can Check Name in OFSS Bihar Second (2nd) Merit List. Even the candidates who have used Slide Up option after the First Revised Selection List can also Print / Download 2nd Intimation Letter. Candidates can also check the 2nd Cut-off List for graduation colleges in Bihar at ofssbihar.in

Now all the candidates who have been selected in the Bihar Degree College Admission 2nd Merit List can now fill their nominations. All the applicants can take admission in the selected universities.. Those candidates who have not been selected in any of the colleges is because of non-fulfillment of minimum criteria.

Only those candidates who have filed their nomination in the selected universities will only remain eligible for Slide Up Process to get college of their choice in 3rd Merit List.
