Unique Disability ID – UDID Card Registration, Status & Download (Complete Details)

 Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Central Govt. is inviting online applications for Unique Disability ID Card. Central Govt. will issue UDID Card and disability certificates to the Divyang (Viklang) people. Candidates can even check and track their UDID Card Application Status and download e-Disability / e-UDID Card online. To avail the UDID Card, all the Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) will have to make online registration at swavlambancard.gov.in.

Unique ID for Persons with Disabilities is a flagship project of PM Narendra Modi Government. Govt. is implementing this project to create National Database and issue Unique Disability Identity Card for PwDs. Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) can Apply Online for the Disability Certificate / UDID Card. Before filling the online application, Check Who Can Apply and see the Procedural Guidelines.
