 Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, Haryana Govt. is implementing Disability Pension Scheme for Diyang Jans. Under this Viklang Pension Yojana 2022, all the disabled persons of Haryana domicile with more than 60% disability and above 18 years of age will get Rs. 1800 as monthly pension. People of Haryana residing in the state for the past 3 years can now Download Handicapped Pension Form in PDF Format. Moreover, specially abled people can also check Disability Pension Status and Haryana Pension Beneficiary List at socialjusticehry.gov.in

Haryana Viklang Pension Yojana and other Social Security Schemes like Old Age Pension Scheme, Widow Pension Scheme are fully implemented by the state government. The new Haryana Pension Rules are in effect from 1 November 2017 in which govt. has fixed the rate of allowance at Rs. 1800. The total self income from all sources must not exceed the minimum wages of unskilled labour as notified by the Labor Department.

Haryana Disability Pension Scheme 2022 Details

Here is an overview of the Haryana Disability Pension Scheme 2022:-

Eligibility Criteria

  • Age 18 years or above (Male/Female)
  • Domicile of Haryana and residing in Haryana for last 3 years at time of submission of application.
  • His/her close relative such as parents son, son’s, sons are not supporting him and his/her own annual income from all sources is not more than minimum wages of unskilled Labour as notified by Labour Department and circulated by department on year to year basis.
  • Disability 60% and above
  • People suffering from blindness, low vision, leprosy cured, hearing impairment, locomotors disability, mental retardation with I.Q. not exceeding 50, mental illness.

Benefits Provided

Rs. 1800/- per month (Rs. 2000/- w.e.f 1.11.2018 payable in Dec, 2018)

List of Documents Required

  • Disability certificate of 60% & above.
  • Birth Certificate
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Residential Proof : Any one of the following documents for the domicile of Haryana issued prior to 15 years to date of application will be accepted :-
    • Ration Card
    • Voter Card
    • Name of applicant in Voter List
    • Pan Card
    • Driving License
    • Passport
    • Electricity bill/ Water bill
    • Documents of House and land
    • Copy of LIC Policy
    • Registered Rent Deed of House
    • Permanent resident certificate of Haryana

Fees for the Service

Govt. Charges is Rs. 0, Kendra Service Charges is Rs. 10, Atal Seva Kendra (CSC) Service Charges is Rs. 30. The RTS Time Limit is 60 Days.

All the candidates who wants to apply for the Disability Pension Scheme can now download the Handicapped Pension Scheme Registration Form. To download the Haryana Viklang Pension Yojana 2022 Application Form, candidates can follow the steps given below:-

STEP 1: Visit the official website of Dept. of Social Justice & Empowerment socialjusticehry.gov.in

STEP 2: On the homepage, click at “Forms” tab present in the main menu or directly click socialjusticehry.gov.in/forms/

STEP 4: The Haryana Viklang Pension Yojana 2022 Application Form PDF Download page will appear as follows:-

STEP 5: All the candidates will have to fill the Haryana Viklang Yojana Application Form and then submit the completed application to Social Welfare Officer in District / Taluka in Haryana.

On verification and consequent approval from the issuing authority, applicants will start receiving the pension amount directly into their bank account. Applicants can check their Disability Pension Status and name in the Haryana Handicapped Pension List subject to the Eligibility Criteria. This scheme will enable all the disabled of 18 years of age or above with 60% or more disability to get Rs. 1800 monthly pension.

Haryana Viklang Yojana Status / Track Handicapped Pension Beneficiary Details

Candidates can now check the Handicapped Pension Status and also Track Viklang Pension Beneficiary Details as follows:-

STEP 1: Visit the same official website https://pension.socialjusticehry.gov.in/

STEP 2: On the homepage of Social Justice Dept., click at “เค†เคงाเคฐ/เคชैंเคถเคจ เค†เคˆ.เคกी./เค–ाเคคा เคธंเค–्เคฏा เคธे เคชैंเคถเคจ เคตिเคตเคฐเคฃ เคฆेเค–ें” link or directly click https://pension.socialjusticehry.gov.in/Ben_Inf

STEP 3: Then a new window with “เคฒाเคญाเคฐ्เคฅी เค•े เคชेंเคถเคจ เคตिเคตเคฐเคฃ เคฆेเค–ें / Track Beneficiary Pension Details” heading will open. Representative Image is shown in the figure


STEP 4: Here candidates can “Track Handicapped Pension Beneficiaries Details through เคชेंเคถเคจ เค†เคˆเคกी / Pension ID, เค–ाเคคा เคธंเค–्เคฏा / Account Number (with IFSC Code) or เค†เคงाเคฐ เคธंเค–्เคฏा / Aadhaar Number and Security Code“.

STEP 5: Finally candidates can click at “เคตिเคตเคฐเคฃ เคฆेเค–ें / View Details” button to display the Haryana Pension Beneficiary Status.

Registered beneficiaries can also check their Name in Haryana Pension Beneficiary List 2022.

Haryana Handicapped Pension List 2022

Registered pensioners can check whether their name appears Haryana Pension List of Beneficiaries 2022 or not. People can now Check Handicapped Pension Scheme Beneficiary List Online as follows:-

STEP 1: Visit the official website https://pension.socialjusticehry.gov.in/

STEP 2: At homepage, click at “เคฒाเคญाเคฐ्เคฅिเคฏों เค•ी เคธूเคšी เคฆेเค–ें / View List of Beneficiaries” link.


STEP 3: In the new window, Haryana Widow Pension Scheme List of Beneficiaries 2022 will appear as follows:-

STEP 4: Now enter your เคœिเคฒा / District, เค•्เคทेเคค्เคฐ / Area, เค–เคฃ्เคก / เคจเค—เคฐเคชाเคฒिเค•ा / Block / Municipality, เค—ाँเคต / เคตाเคฐ्เคก / เคธेเค•्เคŸเคฐ / Village / Ward / Sector, เคชैंเคถเคจ เค•ा เคจाเคฎ / Pension Type, เค›ांเคŸเคจे เค•ा เค•्เคฐเคฎ / Sort Order and click at “เคฒाเคญाเคฐ्เคฅी เคธूเคšी เคฆेเค–ें / View Beneficiary List“.

STEP 5: Afterwards the complete pension list with pensioners Name, Gender, Age, Enrolment date, Pension Amount, Ward / Sector, Mohalla / Colony, Aadhaar Number, Bank / PO Name, Account Number and Account Uploading Date will get displayed on the screen as follows:

STEP 6: Finally, candidates can hit “Ctrl+F” to find your name in the Divyang Pension List of Beneficiaries.
