Haryana Har Hith Store Yojana 2022 Employment Scheme for Youth | Opening of Chain of Grocery Shops – Apply / Get Franchise

 Haryana Har Hith Outlet Program to address unemployment in the state:

Haryana Government headed by Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has opened Har Hith Yojana Store 2022. In this Har Hith Store job program, a chain of grocery stores will be opened in both rural and urban areas. . This program will create job opportunities for unemployed youth to sell the best quality products for daily needs at reasonable prices. Young people can apply for a grocery store franchise and thus become job givers rather than job seekers.

What is Haryana Har Hith Store Yojana 2022

To encourage young people to become independent, Haryana CM launched the Har Hith Store Program. The main goal is to counter the growing threat of unemployment in the state. During Phase 1 of Haryana Har Hith Yojana Store, about 2000 stores will be opened in the state to create job opportunities for youth. In which, the first phase will open about 1,500 stores in rural areas and 500 stores in urban areas. In the second phase, about 5,000 stores will be opened in the state.

Opening of Chain of Grocery Shops in Har Hith Store Scheme

In the Haryana Har Hith Store Scheme, the state govt. will open chain of grocery shops. Haryana Agro Industries Corporation Limited (HAICL) will allot franchise as mentioned below:-

  • One franchise of 200 sq ft. area for a village with a population of 3,000,
  • 1 franchise for at-least one for each ward in the municipal corporation,
  • One Franchise for at least one in a group of wards having a cumulative population of 10,000 in municipal committee/council.

The HAICL has signed terms of trade (TOT) with 51 corporate houses which would provide their quality products to these stores, enabled with a complete IT support system for smooth operations.

Har Hith Store Employment Scheme Impact

With the opening of Har Hith stores, the state government’s model of making youths job givers instead of job seekers will also be accomplished. CM Manohal Khattar has inaugurated the first store under Har Hith Store Yojana in Pachkula region on 2 August 2021.

Major Beneficiaries of Har Hith Store Scheme

Har Hith stores will provide a platform to the following beneficiaries to increase their business:-

  • Youth franchisees
  • Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs)
  • Government cooperative institutions
  • Farmer producer organisations (FPOs)
  • Self help groups (SHGs)

Haryana Grocery Shops Franchise Policy Launch

Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar also launched the Haryana Grocery Shops Franchise Policy. Under this policy, all those interested youths who wants to open grocery stores can apply as per the terms and conditions.

Eligibility Criteria for Har Hith Store Franchisee Partner

In order to increase entrepreneurship, business resources and self-employment in the State of Haryana, the HAICL has fixed the minimum eligibility criteria to apply for either an urban or rural franchisee as below:

STEP 2: At the homepage, scroll over the “Franchisee” tab in the main menu and click at the “Apply for Franchisee” link.

STEP 3: Direct Link – https://harhith.com/harhith_forms/registration.php

STEP 4: Then the Har Hith Store Franchisee Registration Form 2022 will appear as shown below:-


STEP 5: Here applicants can enter Family ID, name as in aadhar card, mobile number, e-mail address, district and click at “Generate OTP” button to apply online by filling Har Hith Store Online Registration Form.

Preference Group for Har Hith Store

Grocery Store Franchise apply online process begins in the Haryana state and the following group will get preference in getting dealership:-

  • People in the age group of 18 to 35 years
  • Women
  • Persons with disabilities
  • Applicants verified under Mukhyamantri Parivar Uthan Yojana
  • Young members of families having annual income less than Rs. 1.80 lakh
  • Applicants verified under Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) scheme

CM Khattar mentioned that now people can apply for these grocery stores and the target is to open 100 stores in two months.

Fight against unemployment thanks to Har Hith Store Yojana

A monthly income of at least Rs. 15,000 will be guaranteed to those who are verified under Mukhyamantri Parivar Uthan Yojana and run these stores. According to the terms of sale provided in the Har Hith store diagram, the franchisee who sells products worth Rs 150,000 will earn a marginal profit of 10% i.e. Rs 15,000.

If a young man has a verified annual household income less than Rs 1.80 lakh and cannot earn R. 15,000 in the first six months, the state government will provide financial assistance. If the boy can earn Rs 12,000, the government will give him a financial support of Rs 3,000. If the income is more than Rs 13,000, the government will compensate Rs 2,000 and so on. The state government will ensure that his minimum income reaches Rs. 15,000.

Haryana Har Hith Store Program Loan Facility

If the Har Hith Store franchise registrant is financially weak, the state government will provide a loan under Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana without any collateral. Making Haryana “Berojgar Mukt, Rozgar Yukt” by 2024 is the goal of the state government and opening these stores is a step in the direction of Atmanirbhar Bharat.
