About Mo Sishu MIS Portal

MO SISHU MIS PORTAL is the flagship project of Odisha State Child Protection Association (OSCPS), Ministry of Women & CD and Shakti Mission, Odisha Government in collaboration with the Center Government Modernization Initiative (CMGI), under the General Administration (AR), Government of Odisha. "MO SISHU" is a database and application software for monitoring the performance of child protective services at the grassroots, district and state levels online over the Internet. This is primarily intended to help analyze data and make quick decisions. Standardized data entry and reporting format results in error-free data.

"MO SISHU", a GIS portal was launched on June 22, 2017 that provides comprehensive online IT management software for multiple stakeholders in child protection services to manage data related to children in need of care and protection and children breaking the law.
