CG Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramik Mrityu Evam Divyang Sahayata Yojana 2023 List of Beneficiaries

The Chhattisgarh administration has unveiled two fresh programs for authorized laborers in the building and unorganized industries. The initial initiative, CG Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramik Mrityu Evam Divyang Sahayata Yojana 2023, is aimed at registered construction laborers. The second plan, CG Mukhyamantri Asangathit Karmkaar Mrityu Evam Divyang Sahayata Yojana 2023, is intended for registered unorganized sector workers.

 In both the schemes, the Chhattisgarh govt. will provide financial assistance of Rs. 50,000 to registered labourers in case they suffer disabilities during work. Moreover, the state govt. will provide assistance of Rs. 1 lakh to families of labourers in case of their death at work.

The important features and highlights of this CG Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramik Mrityu Evam Divyang Sahayata Yojana 2023 are as follows:-

The Welfare Board for Building and Other Construction Workers of the Labor Department in Chhattisgarh will carry out the implementation of the "Chhattisgarh Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramik Mrityu Evam Divyang Sahayata Yojana." This plan is applicable to all registered construction laborers between the ages of 18 and 60. In the event of an accident resulting in disability during work, each laborer will receive Rs. 50,000. In the unfortunate event of a construction laborer dying on the job, the state government will provide Rs. 1 lakh to their families. However, if the death is due to substance abuse or suicide, the laborers will not be entitled to any benefits.

Chhattisgarh Unorganised Worker Social Security Board of Labour Department will implement CG Mukhyamantri Asangathit Karmkaar Mrityu Evam Divyang Sahayata Yojana.

This scheme is for all registered unorganized sector labourers in the age group of 18 to 60 years. All of them will get Rs. 50,000 if they get disabled during work while Rs. 1 lakh would be given to their family in case they die at work. It is important to note that both these scheme benefits are not applicable in case the death of labourer occurs due to substance abuse or suicide.
