The Haryana Government recently introduced a Transfer Portal dedicated to Common Cadre Group-D Employees within the state. This portal, accessible at groupd.csharyana.gov.in, enables these employees to submit transfer applications, in accordance with the transfer drive policies outlined by the Haryana Government on December 14, 2023. As per these policies, Common Cadre Group-D employees are now granted the freedom to apply for transfers based on their preferences.

How to Apply for Group-D Transfer

Group-D transfer application can be made on the official portal groupd.csharyana.gov.in by agreeing to the policies and entering the Unique Identity Number provided by HRMS.
STEP 1: Visit the official Group-D Transfer portal at groupd.csharyana.gov.in
STEP 2: Read the policy document in the language of your choice, Hindi or English.
STEP 3: Mark the checkbox for accepting the terms / policy.

STEP 4: Click on the “Click Here to Apply” button.
STEP 5: On the next screen Enter your Unique Identity Number provided by HRMS and click “Continue”.

STEP 6: Fill and verify all the required details on the next screen and apply for transfer.
