IAY / PMAYG Beneficiary & SECC Family Member Details 2024 at pmayg.nic.in

 The Central government has unveiled the particulars of beneficiaries enlisted in the Indira Awas Yojana (IAY) and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin (PMAY-G). Consequently, individuals can verify their inclusion in the IAY / PMAYG beneficiary list for the year 2024.

Furthermore, citizens can access the Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC) Data to review details of family members for the year 2024 through the official website pmayg.nic.in/netiay. This can be accomplished by inputting their PMAY-G ID.

PMAYG beneficiaries encompass families listed in the SECC-2011 data falling within the low-income group or below the poverty line. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) stands as a flagship scheme of the Modi government, aimed at facilitating "Housing For All". Accordingly, the central government executes this initiative in rural areas through PMAY-G.

Henceforth, beneficiaries are empowered to verify their particulars in the IAY / PMAYG list and also explore the details of SECC Family Members.

IAY / PMAY-G Beneficiary Details

PMAY-G beneficiary details include the name of State, Block, District, Personal Details, Bank Details, House Site details and Sanction and Completion details. To check the details of IAY / PMAYG Beneficiary, candidates must follow the procedure given below:

STEP 1: Visit pmayg.nic.in

Firstly visit the official website of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Gramin at pmayg.nic.in.

STEP 2: Visit Beneficiary Link

On the homepage, click the “IAY / PMAYG Beneficiary” link under the “Stakeholders” section as per the below image.


Alternatively you can also click the direct link: https://awaassoft.nic.in/netiay/Benificiary.aspx

STEP 3: Enter Registration Number

On the next screen, you have to “Enter Registration Number” and click the “Submit” button.


After clicking the submit button, complete beneficiary details will appear in the format as shown below:


STEP 4: Download PDF

Beneficiaries can take a printout of their details and keep it for any future reference or just save as PDF.

STEP 5: Advanced Search

Candidates can also perform Advance Search using the link – https://awaassoft.nic.in/netiay/AdvanceSearch.aspx

Here candidates have to enter State, District, Block, Panchayat, Scheme Name and then they can search using name / BPL Number / Sanction Order Details / Father’s Name / Husband’s Name or account number.

SECC Family Member Details

Beneficiaries can also check the details of family members in the SECC-2011 Data using this link: https://awaassoft.nic.in/netiay/AwaasPlus/secc_fm_details.aspx


In this form, you have to select the state, enter your 7 digit unique PMAY ID and captcha text and click the “Get Family Member Details” button.

After clicking the button, SECC family member details will be shown as in the figure below:



These details includes the name of all the family members, father name, mother name, D.O.B along with their relation with the beneficiary.

Here candidates have to select the name of the State and enter their PMAY-G ID and then click “Get Family Member Details“.
